We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. You agreed to
these terms when you signed up...like it or not. And also, these
rules are subject to change at any time without warning. It is up
to the members to view and keep up with the rules of the
forum.
Although the administrators of MysticWicks Dark will attempt to keep all
objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to
review all messages. All messages express the views of the
author, and neither the owners of MysticWicks Dark, nor Jelsoft Enterprises
Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the
content of any message or how you use the information provided within.
By being a member here you agree you will not post any
messages that are violative of any laws.
The admins of MysticWicks Dark reserve the right to remove, edit, move or
close any thread for any reason...although we try to never to do
so.
Access to this forum is first come, first serve. if
you have come here to harass, stalk, check up on... etc. a member you will be banned.
The text, pictures, etc posted in this forum are
property of their respective owners (the posters) and MysticWicks Dark. Any
publishing of content copied from MysticWicks Dark is forbidden. If it is
found that material is published we will take appropriate action via the law and ban the user that violated this rule.

YES...mod'd...that means I will slap down a MOL MODE and say behave. Just because this is a lightly moderated forum doesn't mean we can be big fucking assholes to each other.
So what is different about the rules over here?
- There is no word filter. You can drop all the f-bombs you want. We don't care.
- There is no rule forbidding posting of spells, how-to's, curses, violent thoughts etc. here. As long as you are not breaking the law or our rules by what you are posting you can post it here.
- This forum is only for users over the age of 18. Anyone found to be under 18 will be banned immediately. Banning you from all MW sites will be considered. This is very important. Some of the material here is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.
- You don't have to be nice here. You don't have to be nice there either as long as you are not disrespectful. But here it goes further than that. You can argue, complain, challenge, whatever... just keep it somewhat civil. No name calling or personal insults. Some of you won't like that. I don't like that on a personal level. But that is part of the original plan of MWDark. Remember - lightly moderated. We want this forum to be as natural and free as if you were sitting in your home with a groupd of friends. We intend to interfere as little as possible.
- Absolutely no preaching about karma, the Rede, morals or ethics will be tolerated. This forum is solely for people to discuss things that are not allowed on the other MysticWicks sites. If you are here to "fix" us or "save" us leave now. Save me the effort of banning your ass.
Again, because this is important:
- This Forum is for Adults. You must be 18 years old or above to be a member. Anyone found to be under 18 will be banned immediately.
- Conduct yourselves as Adults. No bashing of other members or paths is permitted. The Respect Rule applies. If You are not comfortable with the topics in this forum do not post on this forum. MWDark is not for you. This is not a place to be reminding others of Karmic Retribution or the Three-Fold Law.
- Please be responsible with the information provided on MWDark. MysticWicks, its Admins and owners are not responsible for how you use the information posted here. You are an adult. You are responsible for your own actions and their consequences.
- Don't be an asshole. If you are the Admins will be an asshole and kick you out. It is up to the Admins what makes you an asshole. Don't try to argue. Our decisions are not based on your opinion. Does that make us assholes? Maybe, but that's how this is going to work. Let me rephrase the rule. We can be assholes. You can't.
- This is not MWad. If you want to talk about sex (beyond sex magick) subscribe to MWad to help support the sites. Topics about sex will be removed. Do not post porn. Do not post kid pictures. This is not a family forum. That's what MWLite is for.
- mol and GEBS have final say on decisions. They can take action outside of these rules if they see fit.
